You can find all members from the guild mafia, which is only the phone. I have used this method looking for profiles from the factions as well, however, I did not get any results.

 

It just looks like the original logo but color corrected. I'm absolutely sure they would put more effort than that into the logo for 1.18

 

I earlier reported @The Phone to a moderator, the reply I received says that the staff are looking into it and will release a new log next week with all information they can find about it.
