Ok, so I live on a golf course, and on that golf course is a very small lake, and the lake is next to some houses (not mine, but I live quite close to it) and the golf club, where you start on that course, I have a story about it...

Well there are legends that a giant golf ball, named Golfy, lives at the very bottom of that lake, in the deepest part, the middle, covered by algae. Legend states that occasionally on a cold Summer night, around 12:00 PM, on a full moon, you can actually make out some sort of giant, nearly invisible, flying ball hovering above said lake when you look out over the water. Legend says that on normal days Golfy is invisible, but on certain nights the effect slightly wares off, and you can see Golfy in it's natural habitat. Legend also states that on some holes, if you hit a particularly bad shot on the green, on the same night that Golfy is meant to come up, and be just barely visible, you can see little ripples on the lake. Legend states that doing all of the before mentioned steps will yield in Golfy coming out of the lake, and eating your poorly hit ball. Then, while the golf ball is being torn to shreds between Golfy's huge pointy teeth, you can hear it scream in a low pitched, ear drum destroying noise that echoes throughout the golf course.

Between this, the weird phone calls, and the mysterious yogurt container, I'm beginning to think the place you live at might be haunted.
