Hey, Im looking for a Memento with:
Arround -200 life steal or less, 3/4 mana regen and decent spell dmg.

The ls is a little bit over your requirements but the raw spell and % spell are godly and 3/4mr

 

Actually, I don't know how much negative life steal im able to handle. Do you have any idea?
(right now im at 11k health)

 

You could use some life steal jewelry to counter the -280 of memento , you will be okay anyways I run my actual build with -150 being assassin I need to use pots anyways so it doesnt matter
