Assassin/Ninja Help Need Your Opinion In This Spell Dmg Build (no Mythic)

Hey, Im currently at lvl 97 with my assassin and looking for an endgame spell dmg build so I can kill Qira and probably go through Li.
I can't afford any mythic weapon at the moment.

I also thought of switching the Capricorn to Memento, so i'd like your opinion on that as well.
This is my first time on making a build so feel free to say anything

Unfortunately Tsunasweep is pretty weak, as assassins don't have too many good weapons except their mythics. A dagger you could try is Black, although it is level 99 and pretty tough to find.

The defenses are pretty good. The Air and Thunder can be patched up with powders.
You have 15/4s mana regen, which is good (although some people say it's overboard)
You have 5k spns, which is better than with Tunasweep
This build is pretty cheap, considering that 6/9 items are obtained through dungeons or npcs.

Things I changed:
Soul Signal was changed out with Chef Hamsey's Apron. I mostly chose this because it has some SP, Mana Regen, and Defenses
Dark Channeler was changed out with Stalactite. I mostly chose this because it has Lifesteal to cencel out Memento and it has good Defenses..
Capricorn was changed out with Memento. I mostly chose this because it requires less Skill Points.

Finesse was changed out with Magical Loop. This is because Magical Loop gives more damage and you don't really need SP anymore.
Ariodo's Dial was changed out with Megabyte. This is because Megabyte patches up defenses and still retains some damage, all the while boosting hp.

Calming Torc was replaced with the Royal Stormy Amulet. This isn't a very necessary change because you don't really need more mana regen, and the Amulet lowers your damage. You can keep Calming Torc if you want.

Black/Tunasweep was switched to Manna. Manna provides HPR (brings you up to 200, which is pretty nice) and Mana Regen, and it also has some good damage.

By the way, since you're not level 100, don't focus on getting a 4/4 Third Eye unless you already have one because if you ask me, Pisces is better for this build.

Do you know any chestplate to substitute the Chef Hamsey's Apron? Unfortunatly I didn't choose this one on the quest

 

Seagazer might be a decent choice
