    Does it take two tier 4 powders to make a tier 5 and two tier 5 powders to make a tier 6? Or do you still need at least 4 of a tier to upgrade to next?

    You need 4 powders of the same tier to upgrade into a higher tier powder but the element/color of the powder doesn’t have to be the same for the upgrade to work (2x tier 3 fire powders and 2x tier 3 air powders have a 50% chance to upgrade into a tier 4 fire powder or a tier 4 air powder respectively)
