My quest is glitched it say talk to vade and on wiki he should say something with 4 things but he say have you got the writting for me?

Go in the tomb. You have to open a hole in the middle of the room by tossing an item into the corner of the different color of wood.

In this case, ignore the dialogue and follow your quest book. Vade's dialogue is wrong.
