Tool Standalone Hotbar Lock Mod (1.12.2)

Hello everybody!
I made this coremod because I didn't want to install a whole Wynn-oriented mod just for locking hotbar slots, and I also wanted a hotbar lock mod for both singleplayer and multiplayer, on any game, any server.
This mod is designed to be used only on Minecraft version 1.12.2.
Press G to lock a hotbar slot.
As implied, Also works on singleplayer and other servers.

The other mods are all too Wynn-oriented, as in they are designed to only work on Wynn, and too much content I'm not really interested in using.
Another thing is that I wanted a hotbar lock mod for both singleplayer and multiplayer, on any game, any server (so I won't accidentally throw away my draconic staff of power for example)

Additional Info:
This mod keeps you from throwing items in hotbar and inventory
Does not block drag and drop.
