Compiler is basically your best bet, if your IQ is just insanely high i think the Hive Wand can work

 

Yeah Ik sadly, I'm saving up for a Gaia but I'm looking for something to use in the meantime. Thanks for the build :)

My other items don't have enough SP to wear the build without Libra, so I use that so I can actually use it, and breezehands for the attack speed that CoI would normally give
