hybrid?

i don't want to buy anything for this, i want a white horse but i have 35 le atm

this is a tank hybrid build, the main playstyle is to use spells till your mana runs out, then start melee-ing once your powder special is full, you use chain lightning and instantly regen your hp with lifesteal. rinse and repeat till your enemy is defeated.

yes it is, you can criticize it all you want but I haven't seen another viable manna build yet

End-Game viable, no rainbow items, 1 master hive, 2k dps melee, 5.25k spins, 11.5k multi-hits, 18k smoke bombs, 50% spell cost reduction, all+ defs, 261 hpr at max rolls, and 370 life steal.

 

Now, here's the problem with Manna that you're having.
It is a slow weapon, with significantly lower damage than other slow weapons at the same level range because it's intended to be a spell dagger for levels 89-96. It can't do crazy 9-10k spins because it's not supposed to do that lol. It's intended to be used from levels below or just entering end-game. Other than that, it's subpar. Tier stacking doesn't work because it's trash at melee dps and has low base damage, Glass cannon only barely works because it's still only reach most other weapon's 10k avg spins with the likes of earth sanc, and well-rounded is the only candidate left, because neither of the other options could make a stable build. That means, its gotta be a hybrid. The only way to live long enough to deal damage is with life steal. Heat Sink was my first thought, changed that a few times, then came back round to it with the final product. I knew it'd be a stretch build because the SPs needed to be just right in order to work, but heat sink + Manna means two things. I have to hit 50+ in 4 stats, and the SPs are the problem now. I knew it'd be a terrible build without enough intel because you can't do anything with a under-leveled spell dagger and sub 68 int, it's that simple. I already have AGI and INT, so I chose capricorn (over paradox) because it forced the intel high enough, and took advantage of the already present AGI. Now just Head, Chest, and Accessories. I needed skill points, but didn't want to go rainbow and was in need of more mana. Aquamarine was on my radar going into the build because I knew that, turqouise, and sapphire might be useful due to coinciding reqs with Manna. Now I had a thunder def deficit so I threw in Anti-Static (praise high STR req). Lastly, fixing SPs. I threw in prowess and gigabyte to suppress the flames and finished fighting the inferno of "Too Many Skill Points" notifications with facile. I wanted more from the build, but couldn't find anything else. I have only a few minor things left.

If SPs aren't high enough, swap olive for another facile
OR
swap aquamarine for Modulator and olive for Moon Pool

only 2 of the items are the same and one is Manna, the other is prowess. Not the same. :thinking:
I wasn't shitting on the build either. It's actually a good build if you look past the obvious rainbow slap.
