Assassin/Ninja Help Good Build Ideas

Hi!
I almost got my assassin to 100, but I realised I am still using outdated armour... Are there any build suggestions? Preferably walk speed or manaregen! Thanks :)

 

You say that you're using outdated armour. What about your weapon? Do you want a build for a specific weapon or is the weapon outdated too?

 

Currently I'm using Ivory (level 96) Any better ideas for assassin?

 

Lv 96 isn't really outdated for lv 100. But if you look through class builds you can find some builds.

 

Do you have an opinion of a better assassin weapon?

 

Ivory is good as a secondary not a primary imo. I'd probably use slider as a primary if you want walkspeed since it gives the highest amount of walkspeed of any dagger (besides archangel) while having the potential to do decent ish damage (it can also be used as a secondary).

 

That's going to be hard to obtain... I'll definitely try though! I suppose it's best to go in with a larger party?

 

I personally prefer doing Wybel alone (actually I prefer doing 99% of everything alone but that's besides the point) but suggesting the fact you don't have a 100% settled build then yeah going with a few people is probably a good idea

hive is also lovely for thunder and earth/thunder and everything else really (just change weapon to hive dagger instead in the last build)

I looked it up and the wybel looks super hard 0-0 what class do you solo it on? My assassin at the moment (just bought some items) dodges 4/5th of attacks

 

I've done it with every class and played around with it multiple times but mainly my archer as I prefer using archer over every other class. The easiest way to me to beat it as assassin is to be blinding it with spin attack, using smoke bomb for damage, and vanishing and running trying to dodge it as it starts using a spell. Typically if I accidentally trigger the plate I would try and dispatch the minions quickly and obviously avoid the damn disintegrator cores at all costs (if you get too close to a core or Wybel I've learned spin attacking or multi-hitting them away is typically best either that or vanishing).

 

Thanks! I also have a level 100 archer with a manaregen build, what advantage does that have over assassin?

 

Archer is essentially a ranged assassin with more mobility but much more glassy, while Assassin is essentially a close ranged archer with less mobility but not glassy. I just prefer archer over assassin so it's really just up to you of how it has an advantage over assassin, since both can do fine against Wybel (keep in mind by the way Wybel has a shed ton of fire/thunder defense so don't use thunder/fire dmg because it'll probably do nothing against it unless you have a ton of it)
Also just now thought of this, you could use a water/air build using a dagger called "Sitis" since you asked pretty much for either air/water/both. Problem with Sitis is it can be really annoying to build around

 

I made a quick build around ivory, built on walk speed and agility, it now has Aries, Leo, Sagittarius and Steamjet Walkers, with some random walk speed accessories... Would this be enough for the wybel boss? (I do an average of 800 air damage per hit, 4k per spin attack)

 

Idk tbh 4k spins is pretty bad on Assassin but suggesting it's air primary and the primary is ivory I guess it's not terrible but I have no clue if it could solo Wybel or not
