Crystal Lake Above Rodoroc

ok so I've been looking for info on this place for a while now and can still find nothing, does anyone know what this place is/what it will be, or if there is just something I'm missing like a secret button/hopper? I have completed all the quests and none of them involve this and I cannot be the only one that has noticed this place, please let me know if you have found anything.

This used to be a relic shrine, a removed feature that would offer you powers each time you discovered it. Sadly, relic shrines are gone now, but you can at least be satisfied you found someplace cool!
