You are out of breath, but give a sigh of relief as Bak’al is gone, for now anyways

You realize there is still more running to be done as not only was the temple collapsing, but the whole realm was beginning to shatter

You narrowly escape the portal to the Roots of corruption to see the once tall rigid dark spikes that covered the land, drooping and pale

The undead who were once ones not to be reckoned with, we're now burning and fading away

You have won the battle, but not the war...

You head back to Ragni and approach the King

King of Ragni: Once again Young Master, you have proven you are a worthy Wynn warrior, surpassing that of the Twains, and even Bob

King of Ragni: Unfortunately for you, that means you are now in the way of the Grand Scheme of things

King of Ragni: you served your role well, but now it's time to end it

King of Ragni: Confused? Good… Good

King of Ragni: You see knowledge is power, and quite frankly, right now you are too powerful for my liking

King of Ragni: You already know too much

King of Ragni: It was nice knowing you, Young Master… heh heh

The Kings royal guards take you away, but not before you witness the King retrieving a familiar crystal from a bucket of lava with a grin on his face

King of Ragni: Oh, how much you don't know…

The words echo through the halls as you are dragged to some unfamiliar place

You are put in a cell that debilitates your magic, and you are knocked out by the guards

You hear a voice in your unconsciousness, “Come… come…” says a soft voice, from a far away, yet familiar land. A voice of… Royalty?

That's kinda cool, not sure about the "King of Ragni is actually evil" thing, but it's cool!

 

So do you die? Where will you get teleported after this? How will this look like? Why is the quest completed when you are knocked out or dead?

What will the king use the crystals for? And will there be a second quest?

 

No, you don't die, you are just unconscious. You will be teleported to another realm temporarily, the realm of Dreams if you will.

I'm not saying this would be an actual quest, I just wanted to make a fanfiction but I made it in quest style because it's Wynncraft.

The quest is completed when you are knocked out because it's supposed to be a cliffhanger, and yes there will be another quest where you get broken out of the cell.

As for the what the crystals will be used for, no one knows ;)

I made the King of Ragni evil based on some theory I saw about it that I thought was a cool idea, and I've always found the King of Ragni to be suspicious...

Like why is he a villager decsended from Gavel royalty? Why is there a giant mine with a crystal right behind Ragni? Why does he make you go around the province helping people instead of including you in an organized army?

I just always found something off about him, ya know?

Well you see I came up with the idea from the music actually, and when I heard it I imagined the player escaping a collapsing temple with someone chasing behind them. So I needed a character to do the chasing that wasn't already killed in the lore, but is important enough. And Bak'al was free real estate, so I choose him.

So basically where I started typing the quest on the post is the middle of the quest, and I haven't come up with the beginning of the quest. But there is definitely a reason you end up in the Nether with Bak'al, I just haven't come up with it yet.

Although Bak'al is there because you caught his attention when you destroyed the so called "Heart of Corruption" so he teleported to you before he could no longer use magic to try and stop you.

So supposedly you are in the Nether, or the Realm of Corruption because you wanted to destroy the "Heart of Corruption" once and for all and get Bak'al's attention. The Heart of Corruption being the physical embodiment of what keeps the realm stable and in power. I know it's a bit of a long shot, but hey, I tried xD

Actually if you die you can add in the player going to Death's Realm instead or something like that
