Mage/Dark Wizard Help Generic Or Not, I Don't Really Care

OK, so I'm approaching level 100 and have yet to perfect my build. I'm stepping into unknown territory and I really should start making a plan of what to buy next. I already know about the typical mage builds. (Melee, rainbow and water)
Here are my main requests:
-High meteor and/or spell damage. (I don't care if it's raw or percent) Preferably 10k or higher. (Or at least higher than 9k because that's my current build)
-Decent mana regen. I'd say at least 8/4 or 9/4.
-No real specifications for element. Probably water, but it doesn't have to be.
-Not mandatory but include powders in order to be as specific as possible.

I actually like my current build a lot, but like I said earlier... It is imperfect. I like the armor set and I have no weapons better than my current pure so I guess I would like to keep those? However, the accessories could be better and idk what powders to use on what.
(Also! Feel free to change the weapon because I might be outgrowing my pure)
With that in mind, leave suggestions on how to improve, or any builds that are good.

although yea ur builds not bad the elemntal defence is a bit eh but otherwise it's pretty fine. 9k meteors is pretty good for pure but you can always switch for like a nepta or smth considering it does more dmg and u can sell the pure for smth else

 

Yeah, I'll most likely switch when I get enough money. But it'll probably be towards a better mythic like lament rather than nepta.

A plan for what to get next is great. Melee rainbow and water is interesting, but just stick to water for now. I think a water air or water thunder build might be better IMO. Those have lots of options for high spell damage builds without sacrificing much. Do you want to use stealing (mana or life steal) or just spell spam nepta?

Regarding your build: The jesters are okay, but there are better options for end game, like Black Catalyst, Marvel, Gigabyte, etc. that could replace those. For powders: 2xW6 for curse, or whatever we choose based on your final build. Powders are mostly secondary when it comes to the building process. Plan out the items, then worry about powders to maximize the effectiveness of your build, not the other way around ;).

 

Alright, but what powders should I use on which armor pieces? I'll have to do a bit more research on my accessories. As for the weapon, I will probably switch out of it to a weapon that is better and can hold powders.
