    So I wanted to make a Water build with a decent amount of Mana Regen, and this is what I'm using currently: https://wynndata.tk/s/hqJFwV
    If anyone could find better accessories to use in the build/fix this build completely without making me poor that'd be great (no mythics)

    I managed to up the spell damage a little bit without using any expensive items https://wynndata.tk/s/2SKpol
    I know it's not great but I'm not the best at making builds so if anyone has anything better please share
