Old Player Coming Back Lots Of Questions

Hi, I'm HexRainbow.

My old account was called unicornodoom, though technically it was my brother's friend's account that he gave to me to use, but eventually he changed the password and wouldn't let us use it lol. Back when I had it I basically exclusively played on here, as well as a couple of other servers that I can't recall the name of. Obviously this server stuck out the most to me and was the most fun and was really captivating. I don't really remember much but so far thru playing a lot of it is similar to how it was from 2015 when I played (if not farther back by a bit, can't recall.) A lot of memories resurfaced just walking thru Detlas and really just wandering around the map, like alot of the enemy placements and chests are mostly still the same, and obv so is the map so far. I knew I played mage and I'm glad we still have teleport, that was always my favorite thing.

Anyways, I have a couple questions:

I noticed there are powders, which are new for me. How do I apply them to my weapon/armor?

Can you upgrade them like put two tier 2's together? Do they have to be the same element?

Do pets help you at all? Or do they just trial behind you, also when buying a rank and it says Support Wynncraft is the hearts just showing how much support you're giving or is it like actual hearts ingame (stupid question.) Also, I bought a monthly crate but never received it?

Is the assassin new? I don't remember the assassin, just the other 3.

I'll update this if I have any new questions or I remember more from playing way back when. I wish I could get all that data/items from "my" old acc however I know that's highly unlikely, still, nothing wrong with starting fresh lol.

 

Powder NPCs, found in most major towns.
4 of one tier will upgrade it to the next
Pets do not help you, the crate should eventually come, if not contact support
You might have not played when it was available to everyone but assassin is a pretty good class
Nibbles is a Wybel (floating cat furball thingy)
Also, you'll enjoy starting fresh more than your other items being returned, trust me on that :)

 

There is a powder master in almost every city, use him.

You can only fuse same element same tier powders (4 tier x create 1 tier x+1) using the powder master.

They just follow you around.

It used to be a VIP only class but now it's not (and now it sucks).

Isn't there a guide for grinding xp? Can anyone link me it?

With the elements and such now, I'm guessing there really isn't a "best element" as it's up to playstyle, however I'm sure there still is a particular element or elements that work well with mage, anyone know what it is? I assume it's water.

I forgot how to get a horse, help?

You can travel via boat now? I don't recall that being a thing, that or I wasn't high enough level to have reached to that point, where do I go to get a boat/travel with one?

 

There's no official guide, but this one is pretty good.
If you're going for xp, running CSST (Corrupted Sand Swept Tomb Dungeon) is probably the easiest way for levels 80+

Yeah, water is probably the best choice
go to Terenaves and get one from the horse merchant. You have to be level 34 adn do the Stable Story quest to get one, though.

There's boat merchants at major ports, like Nemract, but the Seaskipper is a much easier and faster way to get around the ocean since boats are kind of broken and sink randomly
