Mt. Wynn Help

For the quest arachind's ascent, it requires you to get some lava from Mt. Wynn. something seems to be wrong with Mt.Wynn or my character due to the fact that there is no lava. I keep being told by the lava pool NPC that I have the lava but when I try to leave I am stopped by red text saying I should collect some lava before going. I have left and returned through disconnecting, trying a different server and using /kill and coming back through the parkour 3 times now. What is going on and how exactly am I supposed to do this?

 

Not sure if this will help, but try /fixquests... it might give you a lava bucket you need to exit the place, it might not, who knows, worth a try though.

 

Make sure you have a bucket. Otherwise, how do you hold lava?

 

If you don't have a bucket, get it. If you have the bucket, as mentioned by the first reply, typing /fixquests should fix it. If not I have no idea.

 

I got the bucket, it worked. Thanks so much 0///0. Don't know why I thought I could pick up lava with my bare hands.
