    This is rediculous, but here's a hybrid 'concept' I thought of: https://wynndata.tk/s/ftEMoj
    The SPs probably hold it back since wynndata won't let us specify the skill points we want to be limited to *cough* *cough*.

    How many SPs can you have max at lvl 90? 178 can be applied right? ( 198-[2*10] = 178 where 2 is sp/level and 10 is the levels below 100. OR, (2*90)-2 = 178 where 2*90 is level*2 - SP from level 1 being +0 not 2) If so, those builds definitely don't work. Also: this is stupid why are you trying?
