The Small Gate

So, in the starter area, right behind the caravan, there's a gate that leads probably to fruma, or fruma outskirts. K? So, i was curious what was behind it since the render angle on the map obscured it. So i loaded it onto JourneyMap, and found this: https://imgur.com/a/Gcr687s

So, my question is: WHY THE HELL IS THERE HOUSES THERE? It's not a confirmed part of any province, if it was ragni outskirts it wouldn't be blocked by a gate, if it was fruma it'd be different architecture (I assume, I only have seen the top.)

 

That's where the caravan driver lives. What, did you think he spent his entire life greeting new players?

Hey, the caravan driver didn't have 24 hours added to his shift application. He's gotta go somewhere.

 

But how come the driver doesn't loose his memory when he crosses the border?

 

Maybe the memories are just manually wiped it's not confirmed that crossing the border causes the memory loss or anything.

 

But when the Corkians left Fruma they forgot about it, and they were a rebel group, so how could they have been wiped?
