I changed it to 10 le for now.

 

A) This was almost last year, all the new items that came out recently made a bunch of other items drop in value
B) It was @KnightsofRen_ and he probably was trying to make some crazy walkspeed build
C) It was a buying thread. In buying threads the buyer is normally willing to overprice, as they desperately want the item. In selling threads, you should sell at market price, unless you know somebody really wants it

depends on the current market,
right now, I haven't seen many people buying Kaze (maybe they are in a black market?!) so i'd recommend around 4-5 for a godly one
ill see if i can find any recent kazes being sold

17 ws kaze is still valuable. 12 le isnt a huge stretch, 4 or 5 is on the very low side.
