This Weird Little Water Temple Near Lost Sanctuary

So i played wynncraft about 2 years ago for a little time and now i started again. I remembered in the near of that water temple like -300 -1100 was a quest or something, wasnt it? And if not, for what is this temple then?

 

the quest was called relic hunter and was removed because all relics were removed from wynncraft (something about the discovery update or smth) but yea all the relic buildings are still in the game (i think) but they dont actually do anything anymore except be decoration
