    I did all the stuff on the airship and got off but my quest book still tells me to get off and it won't let me continue.

    If you are at Detlas already, then the only way to deal with this is do the whole quest again because you missed a questbook update. Make sure you get off at the boarding dock, and we have the wonderful Bug Reports section, which is better for these issues.
