[quest Bug]

So everything was working fine, I found the shop, I saw the cutsene, exc. The quest tells me to open the vault with the secret code, I do that, the vault doesn't open. I'm 100% sure I did the code correctly, because it says: [vault door 2000] vault-unlocking, but it doesn't unlock. And the buttons won't reappear. I went in a different World where the buttons were there, and same thing happened. What do I do? Is this normal? I looked on a youtube video and he did the exact same code I did, except for him the vault opened. Someone please fix this, Otherwise I doubt I can continue the quest!

 

What quest are you even doing...

Edit: It's a Sandy Scandal, right? If so, the vault is to your right, not right in front of you. This confused me at first too.
