Mage/Dark Wizard Help A Thunder Mage Build

Requirements:
-Cheap as possible
-Late game builds pls
-No Mythics, Legendary Island or Hive (I'm poor...)
-Glass Cannon is fine (I love glass cannon)
-MUST use thunder
-Mainly Spell Dmg and Mana Regen or Steal

 

This is Super cheap and has some mana steal. A little different from what you want but I’ll just put it here. This isn’t my Build, but the build of someone who cleared LI at least 198 times.

Super glassy but the big damage + the cheap damage

Memento and Third Eye is expensive if you go for the really high end ones

Also don't basic attack, like ever
