Hello, recently there has been a problem for my character (lvl 97 Mage).

I went afk with my character parked in Rodoroc, and went doing errands for a while irl. When I came back, I had lost all my armor, my backup armor, my main wand, and all the EB and emeralds on me. What I had left was my white horse, two accessories, and a Oak Wood stick I had somehow obtained but was non tradable (default starter weapon).

At the time of my getting back, I had 4 soul points remaining and essentially nothing on me. This entails that I have died multiple times, however, I was AFK, and even if I had died, I would have to have respawned to have died again, which would explain the 4 soul points. I was also safe inside a city, with NPC guards stationed around where I was (in front of the bank, in the market area). Could someone explain how I lost all my items? I would also like some names of people who have the power to help me have my items restored.

Thank you for your help. What pitiful remains of my inventory are listed below.

I don't really know how you died so much, or how you lost your items. But I do know that there is no way to get your items back, because there is (sadly) a strict no refund policy that wynncraft enforces. There may be people in the community who can give/sell you some of the items you lost, so sorry but yeah.

How Long did you go AFK for? Some jackass may have lured some mobs into the city just to kill you, happens all the time in Detlas. The thing is, mobs in Detlas ain’t dangerous, but those in Molten Heights are.
Also, I have like 5 Morrowinds, I could give you one if you like.

Also, if the person had intentionally lured mobs into the city to kill you, they could be banned. If you have any evidence that someone did that, you could get that person banned and possibly (but most likely not) very your items back.

Is there any chance your armour/accessories/weapon gives negative health regen? Since that would kill you over time, and since you had 4 soul points, loosing all your gear should have happened around an hour before you came back.

Negative health regen doesn't kill you, it leaves you with one or five hp (not sure about the exact number).

For the future you should remember to do /class before going afk, so you can't be killed through player made mob invasions.

Just do /class when you go AFK, even when you are gone for a couple of minutes.

I don't know if it's still a thing, but I've encountered the fallen factory key guardian in rodoroc by the bank and it's painful to get round. It may just be that if it still spawns there.

Tip: In the future, get the HIGH GROUND before going AFK or do /class. Getting the high ground prevents you from having to click on the class you want. Also there have been instances in which people have lost items during class changing, which is why paranoid old me always stores his Nepta in the bank before changing class.

There's no way that mobs would have been able to make it inside rodoroc all the way to the bank , even if a player lured them there. Even fallen Factory key guardians would have died very, very quickly. The only option left is the fire/lava in rodoroc. I see that you are playing in 1.9+, since you are using Wynn expansion. You can disable player collisions (this will disable other players being able to push around your character) in the options menu in Wynn expansion.
As others have said, /class is always a good, safe measure to use when you need to regain soul points. However, I know a lot of people use soul point regen armour when they go afk, so if you do that, make sure your player collisions are off, you are deep in a city, and you are not near any lava/fire (safety precaution).

Unfortunately, there is a no refund policy on Wynncraft's side, so they can't return your items. Some nice players may be willing to give you a couple useful items, though.
(This has happened to me more times than I care to admit, so I know the struggle lol)

Well everyone thanks for the help. From what I can see, mobs aren't the culprit, but it seems to be a deliberate player action. Some of you say the person responsible could receive consequences, but I am without proof of who did it.

@flaming flamingo I could use the help. I was wearing this build (https://wynndata.tk/s/gJ2FMi), but I also had my loot gear on me for grinding (always kept on me), if possible I could use some help in getting that back too (https://wynndata.tk/s/a0kZJr).
*NOTE: I was NOT wearing the loot gear, I was wearing the agil build.*

@Crocoduck I would really like one of those, it would help a lot as it is my main weapon for my build. When would you be on? I can meet you at a place you deem convenient.

@Trash where is the option to turn off player collisions again? I can't seem to find it in options. I went to Esc > Options and looked at all the sub-tabs but couldn't find it.

I also suggest putting your character on top of a roof or other ledge. That way if you do get pushed, you know it was intentional. Also, don't worry about losing stuff. I've lost items too (my horse, bow, spear, etc.).

There is no way to turn off player collision, you just have to switch to an earlier version that doesn't have it.

If you navigate to [ESCAPE] --> [OPTIONS] --> [CONTROLS], scroll down until you see the controls and button shortcuts for WynnExpansion. The title should be WynnExp and should be yellow. Look at where it says "Open Options Menu" (the default button for it is set to R, but you may have changed it). If it is set to [NONE], you'll want to click on it and press a button that you want to keybind to the Options Menu for Wynn Expansion.
Once you know the button to open the Wynn Expansion options menu, well, press it. There should be a gear looking symbol near the top right of the menu that just opened up, and when you hover your mouse over it, it will say "Mod Options." The player collisions should be the first option on the 16th page. If it is green, that means it is enabled (bad, we don't want that). Clicking it will disable Player Collisions and make the switch red, showing you that it is disabled.

If player collisions are disabled and you are deep in a city, then you really don't need to do /class or take any further measures. Any mobs that would be inside the city would die before they even got to you, since towns have been completely filled with guards since the D&D update, and players can no longer push you to dangerous areas (water, fire, outside the city)

    Hope this helped!

@Trash Thanks, I found the the setting for the player collisions, but when I looked at it, it was already toggled off, so it means it couldn't have been a player pushing me? Thoughts?
