Archer/Hunter Help Spell Archer

Looking for a spell build.

Element: Air or Earth or Water, no rainbowo no fire or thunder.

Do not use: Mythics, Hive water and earth items.

No negative defense (without powders), and more than 10k+ hp, no negative health regen,
near 10k dam with 3 or 2 mana/arrow bomb, at least 4/4s mana regen.

Use: Any dungeon loot and any Li items.

A few things to note is yes there's -6 air defense, but any tier 2 air powder or above will fix that, plus it's only -6 so it won't affect you that much.
The bomb arrow does cost 4 mana, but you have 38 remaining points, which if you spend 24 in intelligence (making it 94) they'll be 3, and the remaining 14 are best spendt in strength to make the bomb arrows do 9.1k. Not being able to use any hive items was tough, so to fill in the elemental defense i had to use dual diamond fusion, which frankly isn't easy to get, so i hope you can manage.
You were pretty strict so i couldn't use alot of items i wanted, so this isn't that great
