    Your highest chance is probably grinding mobs and grabbing loot chests around nesaak, or the llevigar plains.

    No. All mobs around the same level as the helmet (42) will have a chance of dropping it, and any chests close to those mobs will also have a chance.

    The other thing you can do is if you have a class around level 40 you can look in unleveled chests, such as the ones in the dernel jungle, that don't have mobs around them.
