Lore: Long forgotten in time, there lived a young brother of Emperor Hashr. Skilled in magical prowess, unlike Hashr's pure strength, he wielded this Sceptre to cause immense curses on his opponents. After betraying Hashr and locking him in the tomb however, he became the ruler of the sands, but not without punishment. The Sceptre became cursed for his treachery and his entire body slowly began to deteriorate, until he eventually faded into nothing but a skull. It was later found by a group of bandits raiding Catdam's tomb whom have left since then to Gavel. Those who have wielded the Sceptre have stated while suffering from this same of deterioration, they are able to use the Sceptre to cause near the same curses as the old Sceptre.

Even though the item is fairly uninteresting, it knows exactly what it wants to be (thunder-air glass melee), also neat lore.

Interesting lore, and capturing the feel of the lore by using earth-air and melee focused ids to capture the image of a tribe disconnected from the greater society.

Despite no attempts at balance made your item does a very good job of seeming like a cat running around with rainbows everywhere (weapon speed, attack speed, rainbow ids) , also -intel for being a furry.

2nd: Afterlife - @HalfCat_
This one's really held together by it's lore, and it's well balanced (if not slightly underwhelming), only thing that could make it better is if it had a decay id to bring about the feel of something that had been dead (even though rings don't die you're capturing the essence of death in the item).

1st: Puss N' Boots - @Wynncrab
Even though the item is a bit strong, I love everything else about it. The name, the ids (the addition of mana steal and walk speed create the perfect image), and the lore.
