Serious: Highest Mobs Per Minute Grinding Spot.

So, I've decided to grind for a mythic/high-lvl legendaries.
I'd like to know a place with level 94+ mobs with high spawnrate.
I've already tested frozen heights and many corkus spots. The highest amount I could reach was ~55 mobs/minute (With half-loot half-spell build, ofc).

Does anybody know a better spot(s)? i'd like to know the coords and mobs/minute you can get there.
Please, if you've never actually calculated the mobs/minute value(via wynn enchanced, for example), don't just say "I know a place X, it spawns hella mobs!! you have to try it!!!"

P.S. if someone finds an insane spot that meets my requirements, I'll pay for it.
