Any Class Help Pvb Build

Alright, so here's the dealio.

What I need is a fairly budget-friendly (really what I mean is no super expensive godly items or mythics) build that can solo LI.

~Priorities~ [Spell]
Survivability (whether it's good ele defenses or high agil, just don't let me die in 2 hits)
Decent damage
Mana

[if you have to, melee]
Decent defenses
damage
possibly ls/ms

~Restrictions~
Hive items are allowed if necessary
No LI, duh
No super expensive items or mythics

All positive, decent mana reg, good health and no -hpr, all positive (unpowdered) defenses

 

Nice, but what would be possible replacements for the diamond accessories? I can't use LI items (except 1 DFN) until I can beat LI, hence why I asked for a build :p

 

Chlorine instead of dia hyd ring, prism instead of dia fus ring, wristviewer or megabyte for DFB
