Warrior/Knight Help Warrior Sucks In Guild Wars And You Can't Prove Me Wrong

In a standard Guild War Defense, Max level Honor Guards, Snipers, Clerics and Archer in this case. The Warrior class is by far, the worst. For Wars, Warrior is by far the worst class of the 4. Excluding Apoc build, most of, if not all warrior builds can't solo guild wars, if they can it takes so long that its not even worth it.

The main problem with warrior is that it can't do the damage fast enough to keep up with the healing of the mobs. Its not an issue with most builds, even if i do think most builds are generally bad because of the lack of actually good items. Its more of a problem with the actual class its self.

The problem with the warrior class is the 2 main spells, Uppercut, and Bash. To start with, Uppercut is probably the worst of the 2, It launches mobs way to far up in the air for it to be any good, and because the max level mobs have so much health, most of the time the mobs teleport before the 2nd point of damage, avoiding the second and third point of damage, making the most damaging spell, completely useless. Bash is easily the better of the two, but still very bad. Like uppercut, the mobs can teleport before taking the 2nd hit, making bash almost useless, and too add to that, bash has far too much knockback, so if the mobs don't teleport, there is a complete chance you can knock the mob back too far amd avoid the second hit completely.

-Generic melee apoc = banned and you should feel bad for using it

have you tried an invincible hybrid ignition warrior build? guess not

 

from what ive seen, and used, ignition cant kill bishops, clerics and honor guards at all, meaning they just heal and heal, since youre also unkillable, you time out. i guess i should add that it has to be a full level 100 war with at least standard defenses

 

Use endurance to charge up damage, you'll eventually out-damage heals. Let honor guards and snipers hit you.

also I’ve heard thunder hive infused spear is efficient.

GenericApoc can solo in ~10 minutes or less though from personal experience. But if youare anti-apoc I heard Tcrack also works well due to bishop weakness.

just curious @YYGAYMER have you tried guild wars at all? since youre like the LI maniac, i figure youve done it so much you must be interested in the only other actually challenging thing in wynn

Unlike the other PvB on Wynn, guild war is endless fight, which means I don't have the time to back up - Also that heals..

Not sure if I use pots because the challenges I've made was 'no pots'.
Yet, I think I should try more.. :(

Also the damage is a little too low to solo quickly, itĺl take upwards of 15 minutes for a full defense. The defs are a bit lacking too, but the agil should cover it while lifesteal kicks in like you said.

this build can survive just fine, i've tested it in LI with archer and assassin for soloing without pots

 

Guild wars and LI are different, while in LI its possible to back up and either regen, or attack from a distance; With wars youre getting hit almost 24/7, as long as it is a fully defended area, youre also getting hit from every element, so the low defences are at least somewhat a hinderence
