Archer/Hunter Help Builds

So, i am a relatively new player who needs some advice. Im a 78 lvl archer that has never learnt how to create builds. To get better i need help. SO, How do you create working builds? (any tips?)

 

My advice is to look at this item guide: http://wynndata.tk/items/ and from there, pick out all the items you think fits your playstyle. Once you have a full build, look at the overall stats. Is the DPS good enough for you? If not, find out whats causing it to be so low and change that. Is your thunder defense absolutely terrible? Find out what's causing it, and change that. Basically keep going like that until you have a build that fits your playstyle while also having decent stats in every category.

So these 2 are builds?

Ill have to assume they focus only on attacking because they dont have much health and somewhat low elemental defences. Oh, and its impossible for me to use quick-strike leggins. I am an archer as you proably know, and they can be used only by assasins. Otherwise the damage is Incredibly high even with slow attack speed. Will try that, once i get the LE needed via the reefs.
