Hahaha sorry bout that, I actually made the weapon the day after I saw the idea (went thru idol x GMA, nirvana x GMA, something with GMA bc GMA best weapon), I kinda forgot about submitting it until the last day. I assure you, my design was 100% on me, no copypasta intended.

Thanks for letting it thru tho, appreciate that :D

    Item: https://wynndata.tk/ci/Custom-877862357
    Name: Vacuos
Lore: A strange, otherworldly force from another realm inhabits this ominous cloak. It corrupts the mind and magical powers of the user with a dark energy, clearly never meant to be used by mortals of this world.

    Build examples: https://wynndata.tk/s/Sew12u, https://wynndata.tk/s/rPM5Oo, https://wynndata.tk/s/CeJSZw

    Explanation:

    • It's meant to be used in a full mana steal playstyle
    • I created this because builds relying on mana steal are very interesting but there aren't many armors out there that revolve around a pure mana steal playstyle.
    • No requirements suits such an item very well, because various weapons across different elements have this playstyle, such as Petrified Horror, Sitis, and Black, and is great for converting spellspam weapons into a mana steal weapon as well.
    • Raw melee makes melee attacks do a bit more than just steal mana, but not so much so that it's broken.
    • Negative health regen can either be countered by other items or dealt with by the lifesteal and taken off when not in combat. It exists due to how powerful the lifesteal and spell damage can be.
    • Grants high spell damages because this is meant to be used with spells.
    • No powder slots because this shouldn't be something where people can use to cover up elemental defenses for free, as it has no elemental resistances or defenses.

    Name:
    Ailiar
Lore: Before the decay, the people of Ahmsord were looking for a way to get across islands faster. They figured out how, but their first prototype was stolen before they could keep on testing it. The theif was named Ailiar, and used the boots to aid her escape. The Ahmsords found a charred body at the dragon's lair, with the boots. They identified the corpse as Ailiar, and noted her sacrifice to magical discovery, by naming the boots after her.
Explaination: This boots can double jump and could be used in high mobility classes. The 4 powder slots are made so people can change around the stats to better fit their builds.

    Week 3 submission :
    Item name : Dawn
    Lore : None (rare)
    Build example : https://wynndata.tk/s/zcqIGD
Explanation : The item is oriented for rainbow damage builds, thus providing a damage buff in every element, aswell as some spell and melee to reinforce the offensive side. The base health is a bit low for a lvl 93 item (eventhough it can be slightly increased by the health bonus stat) and has significant negative elemental defenses to force the build to be glassy - trying to get other items with elemental def in order to counter the negatives of this one would reduce the total damages of the build since you couldn't equip offensive items instead, making its use counter-productive. The best strategy to go with this chestplate would therefore be a glassy build. The item can't beat Libra for endgame builds as it's only a rare, but the absence of skill points requirements gives the user free choice to choose their main element(s) while boosting every type of elemental damage regardless.

    Item: https://wynndata.tk/ci/Custom-881250937
    Name: Fury
Lore: Used to take out enormous mythical creatures, these pants turn the user's defensive capability into pure rage, usually enough to finish any fight with a single strike.
Explanation: Making a +tier item with no requirements is a very difficult task, as it can easily get to overpowered. With defense basically not existing wearing these pants, the only defensive sp distribution you can go is agility, but you will likely miss out on quite a bit of damage doing so. This item would (in my opinion) not be overpowered in Earth/Thunder melee builds either, because of 2 reasons: First of all in general, Earth/Thunder builds lack survivability, a lot. It's a huge gamble to use such a build, as it will be glassy most of the time. Second of all, the -Earth defenses are amplified, dropping your earth defense by a LOT when using earth/thunder items. Then ofcourse you have the raw melee damage rather than melee%. This is to make Fury able to do more consistant damage, penetrating through any elemental defenses. It gives the raw power to make the item achieve the Mythical beast slaying status, as stated in the lore.

    Hey at least I tried

    https://wynndata.tk/ci/Custom-474123658
    https://wynndata.tk/s/rt7JF4

I wanted to make something which was at least usable in some way
I was originally going to make a generic quartz-themed item before I realised how bland and boring it would end up being
A Blade of Purity-style item felt too cheap and unoriginal
So here's a mana steal slap helmet

3/4s mana steal felt really high for an item that also boosted your damage so I tried to justify that a bit
I went with low HP and negative earth def because they just felt like they made sense with the glassish storm item theme
If it just had mana steal and other IDs which didn't really matter it would probably be kinda bland
So I gave it some IDs which I didn't feel like were out of place like +damage and +walk%
Most of the +damage is non-elemental so all builds can benefit from it by a decent amount
The +ele dam% is mainly for flavour but also allows it to not be completely useless if you're going for an element where mana isn't as hard to get
Like it would be okay if you're using a Dark Channelerish build but chances are you'd probably want to use something like Anima or Cumulo since you can get mana from elsewhere in your build without too much effort
Some of the glassishness is in the -HP ID to make it feel more fireish without hurting its slappableness
I didn't want to give it any offensive negatives because that would kinda go against the purpose of the item

Week 3 Submission: (No Req) (Also sorry I'm late af again)

    Name: Alibi

    Link: https://wynndata.tk/ci/Custom-676158984

Lore: A pair of gilded boots stolen from an ancient messenger god by a corrupted vigilante, it's immense alacrity enhancements allowed him to commit robberies and murders at will, appearing elsewhere shortly after.

    Function:

As I was looking through the no req armors, I mostly found they had a few things in common.

    1. They usually had little to no negatives stats
    2. They could cover up weaknesses typically associated with their buildpaths (e.g chef hamsey's has water defense)

I tried to keep this in mind, and added a few offensive elements in combination with a healthy amount of utility.

The purpose of Alibi is to provide an offensive/ utility based boots usable in both spell and melee builds alike, and to give other items a chance in the spotlight by covering up original deficiencies builds might have. Mana steal/ lifesteal builds work great in tandem with Alibi.

At the moment, it is hard to get water builds that do not require any dexterity, due to water armors having -Thunder DEF usually and no way to fix them without using BPA or generally speccing into DEX to use BPA + Dark Channeler; this chokes meta items for thunder and water since it is easily the most superior build for both those elements. The overuse of Memento and Capricorn is also aimed to be solved by Alibi.

It's dual defenses in thunder and air without the need for DEX allow flexibility in water builds that do not require the use of BPA to cover up defenses, allowing for the use of items such as Aphotic and Seipodon. No mana regen, plus it's damage being outclassed by Capricorn/ Memento and lack of synergy with BPA makes it less desirable for it to be used there as well.

It's air defense and thunder allows it to cover up (to an extent) usage of solo dark channeler or cinderchain for defense + water builds which often have both crippled.

A small bit of + Walkspeed is good utility, counters several -WS items that you might find in builds, but not too much that it becomes unbearable, and it fits the theme well.

Melee builds are also quite benefited by Alibi; it's SP boosts allow easier acess to items like Breezehands, Physalis, and Nephilim. It also changes up the centipede melee meta and allows for Nephilim to see use, due to it's +1 attack speed tier allowing Alibi+ Breezehands + Nephilim as an alternative to centipede + Alibi which makes the user extremely squishy and undesirable as a result. Lifesteal and mana steal help it in melee builds or hybrid builds as well (e.g hybrid T-ripsaw). +WS is nice for melee kiting too.

Overall, Alibi shakes up the current meta items and fills in niches that make other items more viable as a result or de-cripples builds that previously were unusable.

    Example builds using Alibi:

    Grimtrap Melee Build: https://wynndata.tk/s/QTE89N

    Aphotic No Dex Build: https://wynndata.tk/s/3aoypK

    Black sustain build: https://wynndata.tk/s/Wea5LQ

7 Pieces: +15 Strength, +450 Life Steal, 30% Melee Damage, +30% Earth Damage, -45% Fire Damage, +1500 Health.

I wanted to try and design 7 pieces after the 7 deadly sins, but since sloth and pride was already taken i had to improvise with some synonyms.

Description: As mentioned before this is my twist on the 7 deadly sins, and is mainly focusing around strength as the main element, with a bit of mixed in other elements and their skills. The way the items work are based alot on their name, like greed with stealing and mana steal, but everything has a price, and so there's always a drawback, whether big or small there's a negative. This was pretty difficult to make but i think i did a good job, though if i have to be honest not sure if this is that balanced, but i tried and i'm proud of what i made and i hope you like it.
Explaining all of the items would be pretty tough, but you can get a sense of the theme i'm going for by viewing the items, and checking their stats together. It was pretty tough since i couldn't combine multiple custom items to check them in overall stats, but i just hope it works out well.
I really enjoy these challenges and it's fun to try and create your own items, thank you for allowing us this opportunity ^^
Quick post edit: I've reworked most items a little, so check 'em out again if you're interested.

    Details:
-Mechanized Plate drops rarely from the robots on Corkus.
-Accessories also drop from these mobs, but are much less likely to do so.
-The Accessories can be found in loot chests only on Corkus Island. (Don't know if this is possible, if not let me know.)

    Set Bonuses:

    One Piece:

    -Nothing

    Two Pieces:
    - +10% Thunder/Air dmg
    - +12% ws
    - -100 HP

    Three Pieces:
    - +15% Thunder/Air dmg
    - +22% ws
    - -400 HP
    - +20% Melee dmg

    Explanation time:

Obviously, since wynndata doesn't allow you to add set bonuses yet, you can't really post a build with this challenge. But I'll do my best to explain my reasoning for all this. This is a very simple Agi/Dex focused attack tier set. The set ranges from 87-90, and is only found on Corkus to fit with the theme of the items. Let's start with the chestplate.

Taking a look at other chestplates around its level, I decided on a relatively low amount of HP for the chestplate. Dex/Agi builds aren't well-known for their tankiness after all. For defenses, +50 total to thunder/air, -50 total to fire/earth. It also gives relatively equal skillpoints to what it takes away, in order to encourage the dex/agi playstyle. The item gives equal buffs for what it removes. No more, no less. Next up is the Bracelet.

As you may have noticed, the item has a slightly higher skill requirement than the chestplate. I added a slightly higher skillpoint req in order to make the set feel as though its building up to something. The bracelet also lowers your HP slightly, in order to give it that, authentic agi/dex build feeling. The item also includes a little ws, which no agi/dex build would be complete without, as well as a small spell damage boost. The bracelet also decreases your earth and fire damage, so as to once again, help enforce the idea of an agi/dex focused build. Lastly, let's look at the necklace.

The necklace once again raises the skillpoint req, but again, only by 5. The necklace adds some nice mana and life steal attributes. This is mostly just an incentive to use the item consider the other two ids. It has +1 tier attack speed, but also removes a minimum of 20% melee dmg. However, there's a reason why this melee debuff is an incentive to use the entire set as a whole.

    Set Explanation:

The two piece set bonus is mainly with the chestplate and bracelet in mind, most people will likely not use the necklace unless they're using the entire set. The two piece set bonus provides a decent boost to your ws and thunder/air dmg with the bracelet's buffs still in mind. It also takes away a tiny bit more hp to try and help balance the set out a bit more. Last thing is the three piece bonus: It buffs the already decent boost to air/thunder/ws, and makes the HP debuff a bit larger as well. But, when wearing all three items, it boosts your melee dmg by 20%. Assuming you got a max roll on the necklace, this will just nullify the debuff, but in most cases it will just lower the debuff a significant amount. I consider this balanced because using this set locks you out of using a lot of the big tier abuse items. You can't use DFN and prowess, which are staples in tier abuse builds to give you enough sp to use centipede/burnout/breezehands. CoI is also not usable here since you've got the set chestplate. Ofc, you can still squeeze in one or two tier items, but you likely won't be able to use a full tier abuse build using this set of items.

I feel that this is a sufficient explanation for my submission this week, looking forward to the next one!

    Skyseeker Armguard: https://wynndata.tk/ci/Custom-177526348

    Set Bonus: 2 Items - +8% walk speed, +4 agility | 3 Items - +1 attack speed, +3 agility, +3 dexterity | 4 Items - -75% walk speed, +2 attack speed, +10 dexterity, -250 health

Each item on its own was given a distinct personality. Skyseeker's Wings was intended to be the main item of the set, granting +1 tier, walk speed, and agility. It also has the highest sp cost seeing as tier boost is such a powerful id and shouldn't be obtained easily. Skyseeker Robe is more of a defensive item, and I saw no reason to give it skill point requirements. Skyseeker's Amulet is the damage accessory, giving thunder damage, while also giving a few skill points as well. Skyseeker Armguard gives higher walkspeed than Amulet and focuses agility, also gives air defense. at the cost of thunder defense.

Explanation: Based on the myth of Icarus, after escaping from the labyrinth with his father with wax wings, he flies too close to the sun and they melt. At first glance, this set appears to be a basic walk speed set, but equipping too many items will send you plummeting and will make mobility difficult. Two items can be used in tandem to receive a walk speed bonus. The two accessories used together provide a formidable walk speed bonus while granting a large amount of skill points. Using the wings and an accessory is a way to gain high walkspeed combined with an attack speed boost. Using more of the set changes its nature from a walkspeed set to a tier boost set, and at 4 items it becomes a viable way to increase tier without damaging spells too harshly, at the cost of 2 armor slots and the two most potent accessory slots.

How to get: You can find it anywhere that just rained. Maybe there could be like a rainbow particle effect over enemies who have a 10% chance to drop a piece from the set. The effect will stay until I dunno, 10 minutes after rain? This will cause the piece to be very rare and make it so barely anyone has it. Also the mobs that have the effect over it can pass the effect over to other mobs for like 1 minute right after it rains

Explaination: I don't see that many rainbow builds, maybe because all rainbows suck. But I will change those ways! I have created a set made for Rainbows! THE ROMPA SET! It helps out beating every type of enemy up. Add powders if you want to have a slightly based elemental build but also having other defenses. I named the set "Rompa" because it sounds like rainbow. But "rainbow" is too boring, so Rompa. The more pieces you equip, the slower you get. I have this in place because as people say, at the end of the rainbow, there is always a pot of gold. And since you equipped 3 pieces, you reached the end of the rainbow and want all that gold, hence you get slower, but you also gain a loot bonus.

Cool weapon for Week 3 but can be used in this set cuz its a RAINBOWWWWW weapon and you aren't a cool RAINBOW weapon.

    Item Types: Armor + Accessories
    Reqs: none
    Tier: Set
    Level: none
IDs: maximum of 4 IDs on each items, no restrictions on set bonuses
    Element: think this through

Your items have more than 4 id's which is why they're not able to be successfully submitted as an item, that's the point on the challenge.
Now i'll give my personal opinion why it's heavily flawed.
Morph-stardust is by far the best rainbow helmet, and your helmet outshines it by alot, and that's not good.
While yes you need 25 in each skill where as morph is 20, morph is completly outclassed by your helmet except some elemental defense (which the id's of romba can almost make up), negative health regen on romba and a few id's, but still i'd all day choose the rompa over morph since the health regen can easily be removed via the use of a ring or another pieces of armour.
It also can give a maximum of 75 skill points, which is very high for a piece of armour, only outclassed by blue mask, which literally has 1 hp to remove negatives, while your helmet has -14-26% health regen, which is way to little of a drawback in my eyes, as like i mentioned earlier is easily fixed by using an accessory (2 vital for rings, clockwork for bracelet or trainer's pendant for necklace).
The chestplate is more or less the same as the helmet but with more negative health regen, which still isn't enough as it can be canceled out with ease, since you have 25 for requirement and 20 as a max roll giving 45 defense, while still having 73 points left to spare. Using boots like nether's scar can easily help balance the flow of the set at the cost of 30 total points in dexterity and defense (if we imagine a max roll for helmet and chestplate).
Overall my point is to say that you should try to compare existing items to see their balance, and also keep in mind set items are generally alot more common than legendaries and around the same rarity as rare items, which means they should be weaker, but depending on the amount of items in the set may yield great bonuses if you sacrifice alot of your armor/accessory slots :)
