Quick question, I see some of the items are exclusively found in loot chests tier III and IV, but do those items take more priority over regular items that can be found in both chests and from mob drops? Because whenever I get a 96-100 legendary dagger it is always Sitis, and no Ivory or Black. Is it like 20%-30% more of a chance for having specific items spawn in a loot chest if it is only exclusively found in Tier III and IV chests? Instead of items that can be found in both chests and mob drops??? Or am I reading Wynndata wrong and the ones that are found from mobs can only be dropped by mobs (I'm pretty sure Blue Mask is one of them).

Here's what I understand you just asked:
How do I find items dropped exclusively from loot chests, and what is the probabaility of getting one?

Loot chest only items can only be found in tier 3 or 4 loot chests. They cannot drop from mobs, or be acquired any other way (except for trading with another player). Loot chest only items have the same chance of any other item within a certain level range of your character (10 levels I think).
For example, From a mob, you can get ivory or black, and in theory, you will get a similar amount of each.
From a tier 3 or 4 loot chest, you can get Ivory, Black or Sitis, and theoretically you will get a similar amount of all three. No weighting is applied to loot chest only items.

    EDIT:
@UETON nvm, I was wrong. Here's a correction from dukioo:

I believe loot-exclusive items tend to outweigh non-loot exclusives in Tier 3-4 chests. However, you can still find non-loot-exclusives in Tier 3-4 chests, although with reduced rarity. Items like Dark Channeler, Blue Mask, and the mythic weapons which drop from anything will be found from mobs and any-tier loot chests.

i heard that loot exclusive items are more likely to be found then non loot exclusive items when you open t3 or t4 chests. that's why warchief is the most common mythic, that and because it is the only mythic boots in the lv 96-100 range.
