Still experiencing with building, but for a fire build with good spell damage this was what i could get, and i know there's a bit of thunder on it but it's only to help boost the build. https://wynndata.tk/s/MIEjPC
I'll go over why i chose each piece so others may be able to find a better replacement.
Phoenix's Prince Crown: I liked the high hp along with good hp regen, i had scrapped a previous build mainly due to negative health regen which isn't great if you need to be afk. Plus the damage was a great buff.
Smoldering Apron: Mainly spell damage, and with the cost of negative health regen being removed by the helmet there was little drawback.
Ophiuchus: Again the spell damage, and also the fire damage boost.
Low World Grieves: While this piece doesn't really fit, being water and earth, it's there to mainly cancel out the huge negative earth and water elemental defense that was on the build, plus it had spell damage.
    Marvel: Spell damage.
Facile: Skill point boost due to the high requirement, and a tiny bit of spell damage.
Nebulous: Spell damage and good elemental defense buff for a bracelet.
Gigabyte: Skill point boost along with a bit of spell damage, though requires you to grind fallen factory, so a replacement would be Morph-Ruby.
Manablast: Simply the best damage output i could get that wasn't mainly focused in water, 7k meteors was the best i could get with the build, so i recommend bringing something like a Predposledni against heavy elemental resistant bosses.
If you at some point get access to hive or LI items, or even mythics this build can be improved alot
