Wynncraft Game In Unity

Hey, some of you might know me from a post about a good player.
I've recently had an idea to make Wynncraft a game on unity and I think it would look really cool. The thing is I can't code or model, so I cant do it alone, if you're interested join my dicord: https://discord.gg/2n53WUT

The thing is this belongs to your work becase you said it was a community project, and it doesn’t affect the actual game itself

 

Ah! The classic, "I have a really great idea for a project, but I can't do anything required to make it so I need help to do literally everything".

I remember the one dude who wanted to make a mmoepg who couldn't code build or model for a resource pack. All they had was a sheet of lore and an idea

 

Well, this guy wants to create a game out of existing minecraft server, so all the story and lore is already written for him.

 

So basically he does absolutely nothing?

Yay someone who wont turn on me even tho this idea of making a game from something that exists isn't original(look at tecosaurous).

 

That doesn't mean i like the idea. I DISLIKE IT. A LOT.

Plz guys stop flaming this guy xD, though I get why, it’s a bit rude to repeatedly just flame him.

However, I do recommend you learn how to code and model if you really want to take on a project of this sort. These skills can actually be really useful and they may be helpful to learn anyway.

 

I have lots of free time for 2 weeks or so, so i'll get a notebook and get some idea's, but i think that it will be easier to code it in unreal engine because of the way they lay it out(although the same principle is on unity but it's like $70).

And thanks for not also flaming me for this.

 

Considering that most "full" games take 2-5 years to make, it's amazing he have anything at all.

you need to learn how to code to be able to do stuff in unity

 

Unity is free if you are using it for personal use.

 

I think he is saying Unreal Engine is $70
