The fire place really captures the mood that the animator was trying to portrait. I am assuming that the eyes of the flame is map art? Very creative use of maps tho! I like it! The magma blocks just pull the whole build together, the lighting of the build is dim but extremely effective! Very well done.

P.S. is this build and that floating house build components for a bigger project? If so I want in :3! I can send you my full portfolio if you want :D

Oh, I was just assuming since it is a fire pit, it doesn’t have much option to be shaped differently, and since it is symmetrical in the movie, I tried to model it after their version. I get what you mean though. Randomization and asymmetry makes a build a lot more interesting to look at! (Also sorry for late response)

I never thought of it like that, but I would definitely agree making the full castle would be a blast!! (I’m gone on a trip for 7 weeks rn so I guess I’ll have to see when I get back)
