    You can buy a white horse for about 85LE
    You can breed a white horse for on average 118LE + 48 EB (from the top of my head.)

    When buying one you're probably a tad cheaper off.

    I got a white horse for 7 LE on my first try, the second white horse that I'd bred was about 32 LE. Prob too late to tell you this as it's 3 days later but here's the link to your chances IF you'd like to breed for one (or many) like me:
