Wat! Powders! No Comprehend!

    So... I just decided to test out what powders would have effect on my weapon (Manablast) before I actually added them to see what it would do. (I tested it on wynndata.)

    So this is my weapon before...

    And this is after I added two T6 water powders! WAT! POWDERS I NO COMPREHEND! Why damage on elements no change but water damage just gets BIGGER! WAT! Why powders make weapon do more damage? There was not even neutral damage to begin with! WAT! EXPLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIN

    Every powder turns a certain amount of neutral damage to element damage and additionally adds element damage. For Manablast there is no neutral to convert so it just adds the element damage bonus.
