when the melee damage range has a higher "minimum damage" than "maximum damage"

 

Kind of like Lament with 3 T6 water powders, "8-6"

out of the 3 modern ct threads ive seen this is by far the worst
4 sp items of disgust and which are about impossible to get due to sp tightness (see: 1% roll for ouro 7)
the defs and damage are subpar
even the weapon powders are completely fucked

 

as one of thoes people who think their the best at build making and know everything and if the build is not theirs they will point out your items that you used that makes it bad even though thats juts their opinion that thoes items make it bad they are just going to treat it like fact, oh its a melee build and uses items that other people use, be like me and make builds that use bad randy items that make the build more "unique" p.s. ur build skills are terible

not certain if that was directed at me but ill write a response since i have time and all

"rainbow slapping" is commonly frowned upon but if you prefer more objective critique then ok
the path op decided to build (ct plague staff) is bad. there isnt enough sp to get the int req for the wand after picking ct unless you do what op did and as you can see, what op did didnt end up well
i get he opted for a more poison oriented ct alternative but since this is the end result, it should be brought up that it's way less than ideal a build if one wanted to try this playstyle

this isnt whats going on. the item choices were bad. i brought up the impossibility of acquiring the items used in the build alongside with a comment on how slappy they are

the two points i left out are complete misunderstandings or pointed at other people so im sorry if this looks like im being egocentric by responding at something not even meant for me
