Mango is real nice, but way to strong. Either raise its level req. or decrease its stats. Just look at this ring: https://wynndata.tk/i/Juniper

I think rolling dice has a lot to much loot and xp bonus for its level. The next best spear in that department at that level has a max of 20 and 7 respectively.

Damp is a bit odd, as it gives spell damage before you unlock your first spell, and when you'd get your first spell, it would be to low level to use.

Cigar is pretty cool, although it deals a bit to much damage compared to other ~lv.16 wands, especially for being a poison one.

lol these look really nice! for some constructive criticism:

Fractal is just kinda REALLY op xD
The elemental defs, basically no significant -ids, insane mana regen, etc.
maybe TOTALLY nerf the -HP, make it a few thousand or something, or give it some other major drawbacks

Overall nice job though :)
