    It’s ised for lootbonus/cp sets, not combat. So nobody pays attention to those stats, they only pay attention to lootbonus/xp

    accidentally hitting something can result in the very harsh life and (mostly) mana steal effects which leave you defenseless
    if ur careful enough its actually pretty strong but yea most people just use it for loot/xp bonus
