    Besides if you just want to have max loot bonus I strongly recommend not using old keeper's rings since they have -health and -health regen and will quick kill you.

    +hpr weapons exist for all classes, just hold them while you are not opening a chest and okr -hpr is solved, also they nerfed it so now you lose like half the hp they used to
