Questions About The Lore

I the Wynn Plains Ultimate Discovery Bak'al says that he will purify this world just like the rest, and he also says in the name of the master.

I have two questions:
One: Do we know anything about other worlds that have been corrupted
Two: Have we heard anything about a leader of the Corruption other than Bak'al?

CoW seems a bit too crazy to be the leader

 

He is literally corruption itself to the point where it erupts out of every pore of his body.

I'm serious just him himself he's already more corrupted than most of the nether

Yeah CoW is pretty much the other leader
