    When I got on recently I found out they reworked one of my staffs. This has made me go back to using Ethereal, even though im lvl 94. Could someone tell me what would be a good replacement for it. It needs to be water based and have mana regen. Also if you could tell me what it would cost to get one that would be amazing!

    Nepta floodbringer is a good water wand, it's level 93 legendary. Mana regen is 1-3/4s and water damage is 80-100 with a super fast attack speed.
    The main thing about the wand you should know is that it is designed for glassy builds as it gives a negative health bonus.

    Costs for neptas are general legendary cost, at 2-3le
