Assassin/Ninja Any Lvl 60 - 70 Builds?

I been looking around and havent found any lvl 60 builds for any classes so i was wondering

 

Everyone is going to tell you that builds aren't necessary before level 90+, which to some degree is true. You'll mostlikely progress very quickly through the game and leave whatever builds you make now behind.

If you make a build before lvl 90 you'll likely only be able to use it for 5-10 levels.
