Need Help With Toa Quest

Hi is anyone here ok with helping me with the ToA quest I need people to help me who are lvl 50 or higher preferably lvl 80-100 and I also have a question since I'm lvl 49 will I still get the full 900k higher exp or will I get lower exp becuse it says lvl 40 to 100 but will it still have the lvl cap rule again if anyone here wants to help me message me and I will put a date down

What I mean by lvl cap rule is that will I get lower exp and were in earth is the relic wand

And before you guys say that it's for lvl 75 think about it you will be one of the first people to have a lvl 49 do the ToA

No, it doesn't matter if you're lvl 49, you're going to get same amount of xp, {SPOILER ALERT!!}but at the end of the quest you get items that are lvl 80.
