Mage/Dark Wizard Strange Cactus Build

    This build combines Cactus with positive Health Regen (may be low and typical for cactus idk), 8/4s Mana Regen, 3/4s Mana Steal, 130 (or anything idk again) Life Steal, 1k DPS, decent Walk Speed and 7k Meteors.
    So, while you cactus your Enemy you can also use Meteors and Heal up as you have enough Mana.

    I know it is not that super build but on one side I wanted to have a mage cactus while on the other side I didn't wanna put effort in it.
