Stuck On House Of Twain Quest

I don't know how to do this quest in general, and I don't know if I skipped any steps or not:


1. I went up the stairs after entering and then obtained Ghostly Seeds. I was told by someone to find a cellar and dining room of some sort, and I'm not sure if that's even there, because I couldn't find a cellar nor a dining room.

2. I got Ghostly Essence by killing some of the mobs outside.

3. I went upstairs and obtained the Ghostly Quill/Feather thing, and proceed to a cauldron where I assumed was there for me to put the items in, but nothing happens.

4. I go down and think that it's a glitch or whatever and get the items again, repeat the same process, and nothing happens.

5. I enter the room with the wither skull carpet and the cliche fireplace and throw down items into the eyes of the skull and nothing happens, or it's front of me and I don't see it.

 

It's not ghostly essence
You need Seeds, Quill, and a third item that I forgot the name of. The third item is obtained at the room on the end of the third floor hall.

Also, in the wither skull room, it has to be emeralds in the eyes, not just anything

 

I threw emeralds into the Wither Skull eyes and entered the room, threw an emerald into the grave in the room, got out of the room, don't know what happened nor what to do next.

Trying to enter the graveyard and I can't, it's telling me to "stay away".

 

you have a ghostly cap then run into the graveyard there should be a hole

 

did you throw the emerald into the correct place ONCE YOU'RE BEHIND THE FIREPLACE?

 

Yes, i threw it into the grave behind the fireplace. there's a button behind it too.

 

The hole closes very quickly in the graveyard
Put the hat on (identified)
Throw emeralds into Wither eyes
Throw into grave
Run like hell into the graveyard

 

1. Is Tier 3 Vanish fast enough?


2. I still get "stay away" even with the ghost hat on.

3. I don't know where that hole is.

 

I think you are confusing the massive graveyard behind the Twain mansion (which is realted to another quest called "A Grave Mistake") and the little one which is located to the left when you exit the mansion, and is the one you need to enter for the House of Twain quest. Once you have thrown the emeralds and equipped the ghostly cap all you need to do it enter this one little graveyard and look for a white tomb. The hole will be in front of it.
