Wool: 4 or more for 1 emerald
Pigman meat: 2 or more for 3 emeralds
String: 3 or more fore 1 emerald
Bonemeal: 3 or more for 1 emerald

 

Lets just think about this for a second, why would people sell them to you if they can just sell it to the junk merchant for a higher price ._.
