Quit A While Ago, Help Required With Catching Up

Hi! I quit Wynn at around the end of 2017, and it looks like there are a few new things in the server, both gameplay and lore wise.

Please help by putting down any updates, major or minor, that I might have missed :)

 

Guilds, along with many other bugs have been fixed by our lord and savior jpresent, you can see his patch notes in the News section

DnD, or Dungeons and Discoveries update was released. 8 new quests, known as Dungeon Quests are added. You have to do the respective dungeon quest to access it’s dungeon.

Discoveries are added. If you remember back in Corkus, discoveries were introduced, but there weren’t very many of them. Now, almost everything is a discovery. There’s Secret, World, and Territory discoveries. Secret discoveries are something I won’t spoil for you, world territories are notable landmarks on the map, and territory discoveries are guild territories (but not all guild territories are discoveries, most territories that are also world discoveries don’t have territory discoveries)

Better Banks, better quest book, and better item buyer were added, I’ll let you see them for yourself

There’s an Item Team now, who are a team of community members that handle items, as opposed to just Selvut who used to do items. There’s also map pushes with new items fairly often.

Wearing two hive items from the same elemental shop will grant you massive debuffs, making double hive impossible now

The most important change is that the quality of shitposts have been increased.

 

A new god has arisen from the distant, his name is jpresents, he's Salted's new slave now and he makes Jumla look like a script kiddy with a first grade coding skills, then suddenly, jpresents bestowed us the best gift of all, the "Bugfixes" and "Gameplay Improvements" causing us to have a more easier experience in wynn such as what Alphys said above, more bank spaces, improved item buyers, and the better all new quest book has been added,

people have started doing sacrifices to our lord and saviour, and has bestowed us more mythics and updates, now we consider him as the god of many, people started nominating him for featured wynncraftian, and after 2 featured wynncraftians, people started rioting for that jp still hasnt have one, h8 left and right from the jp believers, to those monsters who havent made him featured wynncraftian...

Later on we have discovered JP will run for president in 2020, and will update the world with his powers such as adding running bars to the real world and more inventory spaces to humanity...

This post got pretty much everything major but I'll add a couple more minor things I could think of:

-Fixed Lag
-Relics were removed, having them and discoveries was weird so they are gone now
-If you care, with all the recent rebalances, the market has shifted a ton, especially for mythics.
-Remember guilds? They work now and that's pretty cool
-Mage just got a major heal change so try that out if you haven't already

-TONS OF ITEM CHANGES
-Fixed Lag
-Spells like escape and war scream now refresh their given buffs, and warscream actually does something now!(It was glitched)
-Mobs that have the vanish spell can now vanish
-Tons of mob spell changes... I mean tons. Mob spells now deal elemental dmg, arrow storm no longer = death, fixed an issue with multihit and extra hits
-Player Multihit bugfix
-Double negative glitch fixed
-Reflection and thorns no longer make you take a LOT of dmg when they activate
-Fixed Lag

Wow, that was a lot more than I intended to write. Most of these are pretty big bug fixes and QoL changes, so you should notice that the game is better than ever!

Forgot the mages can actually teleport through water and other similar blocks such as tall grass now.

Pretty big one in my opinion, definitely got me excited when i saw it haha

 

Don't play mage so of course I forgot that. Yea it's pretty cool tho
